By accessing our website (taldeo.com) or purchasing any programme or service, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

3. Our Services

Taldeo provides cognitive performance education and training, including but not limited to:

• The Cognitive Performance Index assessment (free)
• The Taldeo Masterclass (live online session)
• The University Performance Intensive (in-person event)
• Transformation Courses and Elite Coaching (by application)
• Corporate cognitive training programmes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Purchasing Programmes

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4.3 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of confirmation (the "cooling-off period"), provided the service has not yet commenced.

5.2 Digital and live services

Where you have expressly consented to a live session commencing within the cooling-off period, your right to cancel may be waived. For live events or sessions that have already taken place, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Cancellations by Taldeo

If we are required to cancel a session (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

5.4 How to cancel

To cancel, contact us at hello@taldeo.com stating your name, email, and booking reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Taldeo Holdings Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, reproduce, or resell any course materials or programme content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taldeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
